After the first phone call with Andy, I was excited to photograph his and Desiree’s wedding in Ouray, Colorado. I could tell that these two would be an exceptionally fun couple to spend a day with.
Following their small family ceremony at The Beaumont Hotel we had some homemade cake and set out to take some wedding photos around the town of Ouray. We saw Desiree’s grandfather’s former home, the historic Ouray County Courthouse, the famed Ouray Ice Park, and of course, stopped for a beer at the Ouray Brewery.
An elegant, and delicious, four-course dinner was served for all of their guests at The Bon Ton Restaurant. Someday I will teach myself to make a similar créme brûlée.
